Anxiety depression can be very alarming especially when it makes the sufferer too low-spirited and uninterested in life, that is why building self confidence needed to beat depression could be difficult. It can be hard, but it is not impossible. To bounce back from the harsh effects of anxiety depression, the best thing to do is to take small actions one step at a time until you have built strong self confidence. It may not be possible to end depression overnight, but if you take necessary actions day by day, you will surely end depression.

Joining a support group will also help you a lot in speeding up your recovery from anxiety depression. It can be therapeutic being around those experiencing what you are experiencing. You can support each other and share tips with how you cope with anxiety depression.
Taking care of yourself can also help you stop depression. You can do this by having fun and by relaxing, making sure your environment and your diet help promote good health. It is not good to deprive yourself of being happy. If you are depressed, avoid locking up yourself in your room as this will make you even more depressed. Do things that you will surely enjoy like nature tripping, guitar playing and drawing.
Develop a good sleeping habit and make sure to get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night to improve your mood and to be energetic the next day.
Meditation and yoga can be a lot helpful in helping you combat depression by helping you improve your mental state.
Avoid being stressed out so you can stop anxiety depression. You can achieve this by trying to figure out what causes you to be stressed. Probably it is your work or family problem which makes you feel stressed. As soon as you have determined the reason of your stress, do something to avoid getting stressed out.
