a word of encouragement said at the right time may mean the difference between someone letting and carrying on.Even though a solution might not be readily available but being able to share your problem does help and answers usually come on their own after that.

There are also those situations where you feel there is no solution like when someone has passed away and you just need to talk with someone you can relate to and let go. It is not that you are not trying believe me I know, but that feeling that you have a hard time explaining to everyone else is there.

Being able to move on and get over an experience requires you to firmly decide in your mind that you are letting go. You cannot expect that some of these things will go away on their own or over a period of time. Some situations require us to make a stand and walk away.

It is always easier to talk to someone that has shared similar experience with me because at least they understand me better. I know the words that they are saying have meaning even to them. So sometimes talking to the people around you will help in as far as expressing yourself goes but being understood is not guaranteed.

You will be able to find sites that offer words of encouragement from people who have faced similar circumstances as you. In some instances you just need to boost your confidence and start the day on a good note. these sites will offer you words of encouragement for whatever you are facing.
