Feeling Anxiety means you are not alone

It’s true that just about everyone will experience anxiety in one form or another during the course of their life. Different levels of anxiety can be brought on by different things such as learning of an imminent snowstorm or even the phone ringing in the night.

When discussing about anxiety people tend to me a lot more than a bit of nervousness over an unexpected event. Symptoms may be experience by people so severely that they are unable to achieve day to day tasks, such as having a job, leaving their own home or meeting people. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), approximately 40 million American adults ages 18 and older, or about 18.1 percent of people in this age group in a given year, have an anxiety disorder

It can be common for a person to experience more than one of the indicators of anxiety, such as having post traumatic stress disorder as well as panic attacks that occur frequently.

In the world today there are too many people that are experiencing the disorders mentioned for them to be ignored by biologists or doctors.
